At today’s national audit by the Education Committee, a new suspicion of “falsification” of Kim’s thesis was raised.
In addition to the dissertation which was previously suspected of plagiarism, it was alleged that Ms. Kim copied a dissertation from a completely different field.

A paper written by three people including Seol Mo in 2008 and published in the Journal of the Korean Physical Education Association and a paper presented in 2009 by Kun-hee Kim to the Korean Society of Design Trends.
Although the courses are completely different, the title of “Effect on satisfaction with golf driving range use and buyback factors” has only changed to “Digital Content”.
The number of subjects is also the same at 290.
However, in the “Golf Driving Range” thesis, there were 182 men and 108 women.
In Kim’s thesis there were 108 men and 182 women.
The numbers by age group are the same, only the order has changed.
A 2005 thesis “Real estate advertising” and a 2008 thesis “Dance show” written by different authors.
The research subjects and figures that appear in these papers appear as they are in the “design” papers written by Kun-hee Kim in 2009.
Seo Dong-yong, a member of the Education Committee of the National Assembly of the Democratic Party of Korea, raised suspicions that Ms. Kim copied other people’s newspapers.

“It is a counterfeit card that was fabricated as if it had conducted an experimental study that was not completely fake, beyond a plagiarized card that was used or partially modified without mentioning the source.”
The Seo rep argued that it was necessary to check if Ms. Kim used the documents as search results.
Two professors who were commissioned by MBC to review the thesis also said there appears to be a possibility of the research being disproved.

“This is the first time I’ve seen a complete copy of a document from another field. It’s really, really, really, really, really, really, really hard to get such similar experimental results.”
People’s Power members said the discussion itself was meaningless, saying, “Ms. Kim was not in a public position at the time.”
The Ministry of Education replied: “The responsibility for verifying an individual’s thesis rests with the academic society that published the thesis” and the presidential office did not take a stand.
