Here we see a certain dynamic – on IT and digital transformation the market has become very “hot”. Regarding more traditional jobs, I think 2020 was a year in which the world waited to see what happens, all the change led to less momentum in people’s decision to change jobs. Now we already see a comeback. In 2021, at least in recent months, the market dynamics is much higher, people are already thinking about making decisions about potential changes. The big competition is in the area of digital and data scientists, here it is an important question how much the global market will open because we are a very good talent pool in Romania “, said Andreea Voinea, executive director of human resources at BCR , during the event. BCR recruited more than 800 people in remote mode last year, ran the entire remote induction program and had 650 people go through the induction program.
