Astana. 27th October. KazTAG – Valentina Vladimirskaya. There are government agencies in Kazakhstan where there are more managers than performers, said Azamat Zholmanov, deputy chairman of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs (ADSA).
In some government agencies of Kazakhstan, there is an imbalance in the ratio of managers and executives, when there is one executive for each manager, or even the number of management personnel exceeds the number of executives, follows from Zholmanov’s speech at the agency’s briefing on Friday.
According to him, to eliminate these imbalances, the agency adopted rules for determining the ratio of management and executive staff of administrative civil servants, which establish the maximum number of management positions depending on the size of the government agency. “This norm will be in effect from January 1, 2024,” Zholmanov added.
