There are currently 31 confirmed cases of Covid that remain active.

The Dominican Republic registered six new cases of COVID-19 in the last 24 hours, according to the report this Saturday from the Ministry of Public Health.

In bulletin 1,094, the health authorities indicated that a single contagion was detected in six different locations: National District, Azua, Duarte, La Romana, Monte Cristi and Santo Domingo.

31 active cases are registered throughout the national geography.

In the country there are no people admitted for the coronavirus disease, keeping the occupancy in Covid beds, intensive care units (ICU) and use of ventilators at zero.

On this last day, 14 PCR tests and 340 antigen tests were carried out. Of the total, 94 were subsequent samples and 260 for the first time.

Daily positivity stood at 2.31% and that of the last four weeks at 0.55%.

Regarding deaths, no deaths due to the Sars-COV-2 virus are reported, maintaining a lethality of 0 66% and 4,384 deaths since the beginning of records on the disease.

To date, the country has registered 660,915 cases of COVID-19.
