The oldest woman in Japan and also the oldest living person in the world is 117-year-old Kane Tanaka from Fukuoka. The oldest man in Japan is 110 years old, he is Mikizo Ueda from Nara Prefecture.

At the end of this year’s first quarter, 569 people aged and older lived in the Czech Republic – 493 women and 76 men. The Czechia has about 10.7 million inhabitants.
