There are 400 cases of Covid in León –

The municipality of León already has more than 400 confirmed cases of Covid-19 so far this year.
This was announced by the head of the 7th Health Jurisdiction of León, Antonio Escobar Rodríguez, who acknowledged that there has been a slight increase in cases but nothing serious, in fact these are cases that have not changed much compared to last year.
“There has been a slight increase, almost imperceptible, but there have been cases that have been detected. Not many have come out, but it is not significant,” he said.
The truth is that we are currently experiencing a transitional period between the seasons, so the symptoms of Covid-19 can be confused with dengue or even influenza.
For example, headache, body aches, fever and even vomiting can occur in the 3 diseases.
For this reason, the head of the health jurisdiction called on citizens to go to their doctor immediately if they experience any symptoms of this type and insisted that the population not self-medicate.
For example, the use of antibiotics in dengue is harmful to health.
“If someone has any type of symptoms that could suggest being sick with any of these (dengue, influenza or covid-19) cough, runny nose, headache, it is better to go to the doctor, protect yourself and protect your family,” Escobar Rodríguez said.
