The art world has been hit by devastating news. Talented photographer Liz Hatton has died aged just 17 after losing her battle with cancer. The girl also collaborated with the British royal family and photographed Princess Kate and Prince William in October. The couple are extremely devastated by her sudden departure, as they shared on social media.
At just 17 years old, talented photographer Liz Hatton has passed away forever. She was diagnosed with a very aggressive form of cancer this January, and doctors gave the girl six months to three years to live. She reported her death on social networks devastated mom.
“She stayed determined until the last minute. She was making plans as recently as Tuesday. We are so proud of her kindness, empathy and courage over the last year. She was not only a phenomenal photographer, but also the best person and the most amazing daughter and big sister we have ever had. when they could wish. No one could fight for life harder than she did.” wrote the mother.
Kate and William expressed their grief
After hearing the overwhelming diagnosis from the doctors, the artist made a list of wishes that she would like to fulfill before her departure. One of them was to photograph the British royal family. Prince William decided to invite Liz to Windsor Castle, where she met Princess Kate, who is also battling a serious illness.
The couple is devastated by the sudden departure of the cute girl and expressed their grief through social networks. “We are very sorry to hear that Liz Hatton has sadly passed away. We were honored to meet such a brave and modest young woman. Our thoughts and prayers are with Liza’s parents Vicky and Aaron and her brother Mateo at this unimaginably difficult time.” they wrote.
