5,000 m in gold, Quidam Theatre
Tuesday October 15, 2024 at 7:30 p.m. (reception from 7 p.m.)
The Blue Palace Room (Stadium Street, Malansac)
This play tells the story of Nicolas Ramon, a young athlete from Orléans suffering from hemiplegia and cerebellar syndrome, who became the French Handisport champion in the 5,000 m in 2023. Through an evocation of the pivotal moments of his life, sometimes painful but also full of hope, success and self-improvement, spectators will discover the story of this national champion. His unwavering sporting commitment will push the audience, through multiple and contrasting emotions, to become one with him. The question of construction, from a place to the body, damaged and hindered, will be the common thread of this play.
This show will be followed by a discussion with Nicolas Ramon.
This evening is open to all (residents, professionals, associations, elected officials, etc.). Free entry, no registration required, friendly drink offered
