The Zaragoza taxi makes a small increase in rates
The rise in the price of fuel and electricity led the taxi sector in Zaragoza to request a small increase in service rates.
The Government team has approved a modification of the price per kilometer of taxi rates 1 and 2, which are the most common. Rate 1 is the one that applies within the city from 07:00 to 22:00 on weekdays and rate 2 is the one that applies at night from 22:00 to 07:00, and 24 hours on Saturdays , Sundays, holidays and December 24 and 31.
The change has been approved at the request of the Provincial Autotaxi Association itself, who had requested an increase in rates for next year, although, finally – after the analysis carried out by the municipal technical services – only those that are directly affected will be touched up. due to the increase in prices of fossil fuels (gasoline and diesel) and electricity.
The rest of the rates – night rates on business days (3), Sundays and holidays (4), as well as supplements or other items – will remain as they are today.
Specifically, the city council has approved an increase to 0.86 euros (2.4%) in the price per kilometer of tariff 1 and 1.23 euros (2.5%) in the price per kilometer of tariff 2.
