A “real hell”. This is how a woman who accuses Jean-Luc Lahaye of having raped her, on multiple occasions, when she was a minor has qualified her life for years. The singer was indicted on November 5, 2021 in Paris in particular for “ viol et sexual assault minors over 15 years old.
Two young women, born in 1998 and 2000, accuse him of sexual violence when they were minors. The alleged acts began in 2013 and continued until 2015. “It’s a very difficult weight to carry, a very great loneliness,” one of them confided to BFMTV this Friday.
A first victory
She says she is “relieved” by the refusal of the Paris Court of Appeal to drop the charges against the 71-year-old singer. “But it is above all the result of the consistency of my declarations […] My testimony aims to defend myself against the accusations openly made by Jean-Luc Lahaye’s lawyers,” she explains.
“This complainant has not communicated all of the elements requested from her for months and months,” the lawyers of the star singer of the 1980s denounced on Thursday.
