The YogaFestival is back, this year in the name of gratitude. From 15 to 17 November, thousands of enthusiasts – over 18 thousand last year – of the ancient Indian discipline will gather in Milan. “Saying thanks” is the theme chosen for this 19th edition, as an invitation to practice gratitude towards yoga, others and the world around us, giving more space to gratitude and kindness. «We always look for themes that bring yoga into the reality we live in every day – underlines Giulia Borioli, president and founder of YogaFestival – and kindness and gratitude seem to us, today, to be the most lacking resources in our society. The practice of this precious discipline can also realign us in this sense, helping us to cultivate a sense of gratitude towards ourselves and the world, which is the first step towards building a better society, cultivating kinder relationships, taking nothing for granted. and open up to a new and necessary inner growth.”
Yoga is one, there are many styles

Among the foreigners Stewart Gilchrist, one of the most followed and authoritative English teachers; Swami Krishnapremananda, Welsh, monk and spiritual researcher, expert in meditation, master of Bhakti Yoga (the yoga of the heart) and Gyana Yoga (the path of intuition and wisdom); Driss Benzouine, who brings an original look into the practice of classical Hatha Yoga from Morocco.
