The Yellow Duck: Mustafa El Saadawi’s First Acting Experience

Singer “Mustafa El Saadawi” participates in the movie “The Yellow Duck,” starring Ghada Adel and Mohamed Abdel Rahman Tota, in his first acting experiences.

Director Issam Nassar had finished filming the movie The Yellow Duck, which stars Mohamed Abdel Rahman “Tota” and Ghada Adel, in collaboration with the artists Mahmoud Hafez, Farah Al-Zahed, Mustafa El-Saadawi, Hassan Abu Al-Rous, and Ahmed Talaat.

The film has entered the post-filming phase in preparation for its commercial release at a date that will be determined later.

The film was filmed in a number of different filming locations in Cairo and Giza.

The film has a story, screenplay and dialogue by Mahmoud Ezzat, and is produced by producer Rami Al-Sukari, director of photography Ahmed Abdel Qader, interior designer Marwa Amer, sound engineer Ziad Ezzat, and stylist Naira Dahshouri. And artistic producer Shadi Salama.

The scriptwriter, producer and former president of the Cairo International Film Festival, Mohamed Hefzy, is participating in its production, in addition to producers Karim Al-Sokari and Hamed Mostafa.

A group of distinguished guests of honor will also participate in the movie The Yellow Duck, including the great star Salah Abdullah and the great star Sami Maghawry, in addition to the stars Mustafa El Saadawi and Yara Azmy.

The Yellow Duck movie is the first cinematic production for producer Rami Al-Sukari’s company after many successes in presenting a wide range of advertisements as well as content and programs, most notably the Al-Farana program, which he wrote and produced for the stars Chico, Hisham Majed and Ahmed Fahmy, as well as the Familia program for the star Ahmed Amin, the Hitaya program for the star Nelly Karim, and the program It is not a Hend Sabry series starring Hend Sabry.

The makers of the film Yellow Duck refuse to talk about any details regarding the events of the film, but they point out that the work deals with an important and serious issue, but in a comedic manner, and in its writing it tends towards black comedy, which is a type of comedy that Egyptian cinema lacked in the previous period.
