The Civil Guard and the National Police have inspected 2,000 catering establishments over the weekend, and there have been 300 proposals for sanctions. Only in the provinces of Lugo and Ourense have inspections been carried out in more than 500 hospitality establishments, 23 were denounced for not respecting the capacity regulations.

In A Coruña, of the 333 sanctions that have been imposed for breaching the regulations at a general level, 60 percent were in hospitality establishments. And that this weekend the work of the State security forces and bodies was, above all, of an informative nature.

The Autonomous Police has imposed 300 sanctions during the weekend, in addition in A Coruña, the local police processed 208 complaints, in Vigo there have been 140, according to the data managed by the general direction of emergencies of the Xunta.
