The Redmi 9A is no frills. The terminal is positioned on an entry-level segment. It is therefore aimed at people looking for an accessible smartphone.
Xiaomi did things well, though. The case is certainly made of plastic, but it is entitled to neat finishes. We will particularly appreciate the care given to the back plate. The photo module is placed in a band which crosses the plate over its entire length, for a rather original effect.
Same thing at the front, where a screen with contained borders sits. The notch is present, but it will be discreet enough to be forgotten.
The Redmi 9A will probably not allow you to play the most greedy titles of the Play Store, but its technical sheet is not lacking in arguments. The phone thus embeds a 6.53-inch screen capable of displaying a resolution of 1600 x 720 and a Helio G25 coupled with 2 GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage. It will be more than enough for online research, music and social networks.
On the photo side, Xiaomi got straight to the point with a 13 million pixel sensor offering an f / 2.2 aperture, and a 5 million pixel front camera. The battery, finally, reaches a capacity of 5000 mAh and we are also entitled to a micro SD card reader, Bluetooth 5 and WiFi 802.11 n. The interface is translated into several languages, including French.
