The actor Michele Bottoneknown for his role in the series file X and also for being the English voice of the characters Yakon and Giran in the popular anime Dragon Ball Z, he died at the age of 66.
The Canadian died on October 23 due to some complications from a brain tumoras reported by his ex-wife, Lucia Frangione, on her Twitter profile.
“The great Michael Kopsa, my great friend and father of my daughter Nora, died on October 23, 2022,” reads the tweet. “He was an incredible stage and film actor, voice actor, carpenter, musician and painter. Kopsa’s extensive filmography as an actor includes small roles in titles such as the famous series X-Files and Fringeas well as popular films like Fantastic Four, Watchmen and Rise of the Planet of the Apes.
As part of his work as a voice actor, Kopsa has participated in animation productions such as Dragon Ball Z, Mobile Suit Gundam, X-Men: Evolution, Action Man and Planet Hulk.
