Determining the orbit of a descending rocket is difficult, if not impossible, because calculating the effect of atmospheric resistance on it involves too many unknowns, said another portal specializing in space research, Space.com. The Earth’s atmosphere can expand or contract as a result of solar activity, making it difficult to predict exactly when and where the remnants of the rocket launcher will occur.

Chinese ISS replacement

According to Chinese plans, the Tianhe module – 18 meters long and weighing 24 tons – will be the basic residential section for a three-member crew, which should visit the station for up to six months. It will also provide energy and propulsion for the entire orbital complex, which should consist of two more experimental modules. The station should be ready by the end of next year, and eleven missions should be enough this year and next year.

According to Space.com, the completed Chinese orbital station will weigh about one-fifth the weight of the International Space Station (ISS), a project from which the United States has excluded China. So far, China says it is ready for international cooperation in using its station.
