Komandarev’s movie “The World is Large and Salvation Lurks All over the place” will compete for the Grand Prix of the Youth Jury at Cannes “Cannes Junior”
Within the “Ecrans Juniors” program, the movie will compete with seven different works from world wide.
The prizes are €1,000 for the director of the successful movie and a grant of €2,000 to advertise the distribution of the movie in France.
4 Bulgarian movies will probably be offered on the movie market in the course of the Cannes competition in entrance of worldwide distributors and producers. These are “Mission London” by director Dimitar Mitovski; “Tilt” by Viktor Chuchkov-son;
“Looking of small predators” by Tsvetodar Markov and “Ave” by Konstantin Bojanov.
Yavor Gurdev’s second full-length movie mission – “Zincograph”, once more primarily based on a script by Vladislav Todorov, produced by “Peripetea” (Bulgaria) and “Cinefacture” (France) will probably be offered within the “Atelier” program.
Director Kamen Kalev, who’s engaged on his subsequent full-length mission – “The Island”, will take part within the “Producers on the Transfer” program, and producers Galya Toneva and Kiril Kirilov from “Gala Movie” – in “Producer’s Community”.
