Grant requests for works on avenue du Général-Leclerc. .
The elected bonnychons met for the last meeting of the year, with around twenty points on the agenda.
Subsidies.
The advisers validated a request for a subsidy under the endowment for the development of rural territories (DETR) “for the development and security works of the avenue du Général-Leclerc, which starts from the road to Thou-Auxerre and which goes down to route de Vaupy, passing in front of the town hall, ”underlines Michel Chaillou, the mayor.
“Among the entire project, we would start with the installation of a raised platform in front of the town hall and the creation of a lock for passage under the SNCF bridge, all in connection with the recommendations of the audit carried out in 2016, ”he continues. With a provisional amount of 243,234 euros excluding taxes, the project could, following the validation of the requests, benefit from an expected aid of 97,293 euros from the State and the same amount from the Department. The remainder to be paid by the municipality would then amount to 48,646 euros.
In the same vein, a request for a subsidy under the local investment support endowment was voted for the work of fitting out public lighting with Led lanterns.
“This is the third installment, in the town center, with 123 light points to change. When this project is finished, we will have passed 451 light points, out of the 620 in the municipality, in Led, ”specifies Michel Chaillou. With a total amount of 67,700 euros all taxes included, the project could benefit from the following subsidies: 33,850 euros from the State and 20,310 euros from the Region. The municipal share would be 13,540 euros.
Acquisition.
The town acquired, for a symbolic euro, the land located in front of the old pottery. “For the Renault family, owners of this land until then, it is a question of settling their real estate civil society. Only a small part of this land is not constructible. We will have to think about the follow-up to be given to this land ”, explains Jean-Michel Morin, deputy.
Arrangements.
In the context of various questions, Michel Chaillou announced that the town had received a subsidy of 15,000 euros, in DETR, for the development, for people with reduced mobility, the gymnasium, the church and the town hall. “We also had assistance of 13,313 euros, in police fines, for the upgrading of pedestrian crossings”, indicates Michel Chaillou, before announcing that the ceremony of the vows, scheduled for Thursday, January 13, is canceled.
