The Red Bull KTM Factory Racing structure has been significantly strengthened this year, with Francesco Guidotti taking on the role of team manager. Brad Binder praised the way he sees the Italian working as part of the team and always ready to help.
After talking about one of the strengths of the KTM RC16, namely its performance over the race distance, Binder said he was happy with the support received from the structure and how it helped him to explore its potential: “I can clearly see what I can do and what performances I can offer, I am training even when things are not going as they should this weekend and I am sure I have the team behind me and I can fight for anything.”
The South African then focused on the Team Manager of the team, who is one of the new members of the Austrian structure, without sparing praise for the Italian:
I am very happy with how everything is going. They are all very good friends, which of course is always very good. He is not a person who pays too much attention to the smallest details. I think he allows everyone to do his specific job very well and when he sees that there is something that can help him improve, then yes, he puts himself on the line.
Remember, this isn’t the first time # 33 has praised the manager, as I said earlier: “For me having Francesco in the team was great. He is an incredibly happy and relaxed person and you can really feel his positive energy everywhere. He is therefore an important asset for the team and it is very pleasant to have him with us. ”
