Maxime Henry and Kevin Ebella have been on trial since Monday for the premeditated murder of Kevin Hathat, found charred in May 2017 in Longuyon, in his 206 Peugeot. While the investigation was heading towards a dismissal, the first came to accuse himself and denounced the other.
