As a result of an unsuccessful procedure, the woman’s heart stopped and a stroke occurred.

In the US, a 29-year-old woman was paralyzed after a visit to a chiropractor and underwent treatment for eight months.

About it informs Lad Bible.

It’s been eight months since Georgia Southern University graduate Caitlin Jensen first began treating her paralysis and four severed arteries. Doctors were amazed at the progress in the woman’s recovery, recently resumed movement of the arms, legs and head.

Caitlin made an appointment with a chiropractor for a minor adjustment. After all, after many hours of study, she had problems with her neck and back. However, the procedure went wrong ruptured four arteries in Caitlin’s neck. As a result, the woman’s heart stopped and a stroke occurred.

The mother of the victim Darlene said – doctors believe that the injury was “a direct result of manipulations on the neck.”

For some time, Caitlin was in critical condition with traumatic brain injurybut over the months she has made incredible progress. This was done with the help of the GoFundMe created by my mother, which raised more than 167 thousand dollars.

Caitlin is now out of the hospital and at home, but not the same home she left eight months ago.

Because of the woman’s paralysis, the family knew that many changes would have to be made to adapt her daily life. Among the generous people who contributed was a woman named Amy Happer Barton who, according to Darlene, helped her find a new home.

While Darlene and Caitlin were in the hospital, Barton set to work fixing up the house. She installed ramps, railings and shower chairs there.

“Now Caitlyn has a space available to her that is also a pleasure to be in. It’s a home of healing where there’s room for her equipment, as well as a space that will grow and evolve with her changing needs. It is also a convenient functional and practical place from the point of view of the guardian, at the same time beautiful,” said the mother of the woman.

Darlene continued that although her family’s life will never be the samesome “beautiful changes” have taken place.

“I dream of what this house can do for others. Perhaps other people with disabilities would like to come and plant in the beautiful beds with Caitlin, or gather at the accessible table that is being built for her and do art projects. Maybe , her friends will want to come and have a little party with her. There is a place for these things,” said Darlene.

Recall that a resident of Britain wanted to lose weight without diets and had a cheap operation to reduce the stomach in a clinic in Istanbul. Subsequently, the woman was diagnosed with a complex infection that turned her internal organs into “concrete”.
