He immediately called the police for help and comforted the injured. Police and firefighters rushed to the scene after receiving reports and rescued the woman. The Transport Department stated that due to traffic accidents, Clear Water Bay Road(To Kowloon)Part of the traffic lane near On Sau Road is now closed. Motorists can only use the remaining lanes to drive. Currently the site is busy with traffic.
