Already on December 30, 2022, a traffic accident occurred in the Ikea car park in Freiburg-Brühl, in which a woman was injured.

According to the current state of knowledge, a 49-year-old motorist entered the parking lot at around 11:55 am and ran over the 67-year-old pedestrian because the speed had not been regulated. The woman was reportedly only slightly injured and was able to leave the hospital that same evening. However, she was taken back to the hospital on 01/02/2023. According to the current state of knowledge, there is a risk of death.
