The Sabotage Assault Reconnaissance Group (DShRG) or Rusich made the comments on Telegram social media channels following Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu’s announcement that Moscow’s troops would withdraw from the west bank of the Dnieper or Dnipro River.
Russian wartime commander General Sergey Surovikin said the move would save lives and the combat capability of his troops.
But that decision was ignored by Rusich, the far-right group in the Russian military that also took part in the war in Donbass from June 2014 to July 2015.

The detachment was founded by Alexey Milchakov, whom Western media describe as a neo-Nazi. The group of him is believed to have close ties to the Wagner mercenary group, whose founder; Evgeny Prigozhin, played a key role in the war in Ukraine.
“The city was not destroyed even before the surrender (everything should have been blown up),” reads Rusich’s message, insinuating the retreating soldiers like clowns who had not learned to fight normally in eight months.
“For us, this is another betrayal by the Russian people, who increasingly don’t believe that ‘Russia is here forever,'” Rusich continued. “What’s the next gesture of goodwill? Berdyansk or Melitopol?”
On October 19, the group predicted on Telegram that Kherson would surrender.
“Hard clashes against the Ministry of Defense will intensify in Kherson,” it said tweet Samuel Ramani, military analyst e fellow associate by the Royal United Services Institute, referring to detachment Russian.
