The Kremlin announced today, Tuesday, that it will withdraw Russian forces from Ukraine That’s out of the question at the moment.
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Ukraine should take into account the “facts” that have emerged in the Ukrainian conflict in order for there to be peace between the two sides.
There are no heavy weapons in Zaporizhia
Peskov also rejected a three-stage peace proposal by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, adding that progress is not possible “without taking into account the facts”.
Peskov’s words came in response to a request made yesterday, Monday, by Zelenskyj to the leaders of the Group of Seven countries, with the aim of obtaining more military equipment, supporting financial and energy stability in his country, and achieving a peaceful solution starting with the withdrawal of its Russian forces from Ukraine, starting next Christmas.
“These are three steps towards the continuation of the fighting,” Peskov said.
Furthermore, the Kremlin has denied the presence of heavy weapons Zaporizhia station nuclear.

This comes as French President Emmanuel Macron expressed his country’s concern over the situation at the Zaporizhia plant today, ahead of the opening of an international conference to help Ukraine in Paris, adding: “We try to put the nuclear plant safely”.
He said there was an agreement for the transfer of heavy weapons from Ukraine’s Zaporizhya nuclear power plant, adding that talks on related procedures were currently underway.
“We managed to protect Chernobyl and our goal is to protect Zaporizhia. The next few weeks will be decisive,” he added.
Moscow and Kiev exchange accusations that they have bombed the Zaporizhia station, which is the largest in Europe, since the launch of the Russian military operation on Ukrainian soil in late February.
