Since a few hours therefore, the owners of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt on PC and Nintendo Switch can link their Steam and CD Projekt Red accounts to start a game on PC and end it on the Nintendo hybrid console. But what about this feature on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions of the game?
