The Witcher 3 Next-Gen with “realistic vaginas”. CD Projekt RED will remove them soon. Error in one of the modifications.

It’s been almost two months since the release of the next-gen update to The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, and players have just discovered completely new graphical changes that were not present in the original 2015 version. According to Kotaku, the versions for Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5 and PC include realistic-looking vaginas in some of the monsters that Geralt faces during his adventure. We are talking about witches and bruxes, who are the only ones who don’t wear any clothes, so players can see them in all their glory.

The editors of the portal asked CD Projekt RED for a comment to clarify the matter. Initially, the company wrote that “she is looking into the matter and will have more information in the coming days”. We didn’t have to wait for the next statement and it shows that realistic vaginas were introduced in one of the mods implemented for the next-gen update.

The next-gen version of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt includes several community mods not created by CD PROJEKT RED, as well as numerous improvements created and implemented internally by the studio. Putting it all together was a complex process, and the textures in question are an unintended result present in the released version. This is something we’re working on.

CD Projekt RED will remove unwanted content

Soon after, Kotaku received further information that CD Projekt RED intends to remove visible genitalia, “because these textures were not intended to be present in the released version of the game”. In one of the future updates, developers will remove unwanted content from their game.

Let us remind you that a week ago The Witcher 3 received a new update, in which many problems and bugs were removed, and optimization was improved on all platforms where the next-gen update is available.
