After several postponements, CD Projekt Red has finally announced via Twitter that The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt will release for PS5 and Xbox Series X/S on December 14, 2022 for anyone who owns the game on PC. PS4 and Xbox One will receive a free update, and gameplay footage from this version of the game will be streamed over the next week.
The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt on modern consoles is directed by Saber Interactive Studio. The team has already done some unusual work bringing The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt to the Nintendo Switch.
