“Indeed, we already have the winter season, this season of sudden changes in temperature is coming, and with these come health problems, in this season cases of influenza increase greatly, respiratory problems that affect everyone, but with greater risk adults and those who already have respiratory problems”, said the health minister.

The head of health in the municipality also said that in addition to the application of vaccines against Influenza and Covid-19 for counteract respiratory diseases at the end of the year, Health personnel are applying the vaccines to cover the missing doses in the cards of all minors, who are taken to the health centers and clinics of the municipality.

Leguizamo Dimas, indicated that The instruction from Mayor Abelina López Rodríguez is to cover most of the city’s neighborhoods with the application of vaccines in order to prevent respiratory diseases from increasing this winter season.
