On the evening of November 10, the Golden Joystick Awards 2023 ceremony took place, during which ordinary spectators and a professional jury chose the best games of the outgoing year. The voting results and winners are already known.
The main triumph of the evening was the fantasy role-playing game Baldur’s Gate 3. The game received awards in six categories and became the game of the year overall and on the PC. In addition, Larian Studios (its developer) became the best studio this year.
