This influx of small producers is a good thing because the public would be more and more sensitive to the argument of local production. “People want to know what they are buying. At the show, they will be able to taste the products, drink the wines and discuss with the winegrowers and producers and learn about their methods before buying, ”recalls the organizer.
The local, the trend in the spotlight
The natural will also be on the program since twelve wine growers have the organic label and eight have the High Environmental Value certification. It ensures that the practices exerted on the farm reduce the pressure on the environment.
Thibaud Villanova, alias Gastronogeek: “I will soon transfer all my activities to Chartres”
To benefit from the 120 exhibitors during these three days, the health pass will be necessary. To reduce the risk of contamination, the aisles have been widened. For hygiene reasons, each visitor must bring a personal glass which will be used during the tastings.
