Microsoft has not yet revealed the exact prices of installations. However, it can be assumed that the prices will be similar to those of the currently offered tens. The Windows 10 Home version is sold in domestic stores for around CZK 3,500, and potential applicants will pay almost six thousand crowns for Windows 10 Pro.

The possibility of a free upgrade will definitely be more interesting. However, this only applies if you already own a computer with a legal version of Windows that will meet the hardware requirements of the new eleven. However, this is true of the vast majority of machines currently on offer.

Thanks to this, people who want to buy a new one do not have to reckon with the choice now. They can now buy a new computer with Windows 10 and move to eleven next week.

Higher hardware requirements
Hardware requirements are increasing for Windows 11. While Windows 10 has made do with the DirectX 9 standard, eleven will require DirectX 12.
