The images are impressive. A Gale made of big damage in the morning of this Saturday March 13, 2021 at Vendegies-aux-Bois, a small town in the North.
The church and a dozen houses
The phenomenon occurred at the very beginning of the morning, “around 6 am” according to a witness.
According to firefighters, ten houses and the church have suffered damage. At the time of this writing, reconnaissance was being carried out by drone.
Roofs in particular flew away, and various objects flew away. Many firefighters are on site to secure the scene. More information to come.
