The American group The White Stripes sued the former president of EU Donald Trump (2017-2021) already his campaign for using his song ‘without his consent’Seven Nation Army‘ in a video posted on social media.
“This machine sues the fascists,” he wrote Jack Whiteguitarist and singer of the band, after sharing a photograph of the legal document on Instagram.

The lawsuit against Trump
The lawsuit comes after the team of Trump uploaded a video to social media in which he was seen boarding a plane bound for Wisconsin with the theme ‘Seven Nation Army‘ in the background, one of the most popular of the band Detroit.
Following the post, which was later deleted, Jack White announced that it would take legal action against Trump and his team.
In the lawsuit obtained by local American media, the band explained that their song was used to help the public image and support the campaign of the former president without his consent.
They also added that both members “are vehemently opposed to the policies adopted and the measures taken by the defendant.” Trump when he was president and those he has proposed for the second term he is seeking.”
