Not everyone liked the vision of the developers of God of War Ragnarok. There is a demand for changes that hurt the feelings of people with an active lifestyle.
Not everyone is happy with the creative decisions the Santa Monica Studio team made when creating God of War Ragnarok. For example, some are dissatisfied because Angrboda is a dark-skinned girl.
The PC version of the game was recently released and an enthusiast decided to present the concept of another model of Angrboda, making her a white girl. He called the first version of the Angrboda project Fixed and was eventually removed from the famous mod resource Nexus Mods.
Now a user under the nickname hydraartz has uploaded a “remake” of this project to Nexus Mods, it’s called “Angrboda Visual Edits (Remake)”:
«This project is created only to provide other visual effects, offering more customization options. It is designed solely for aesthetic diversity and creative expression, without hate or racism, and without changes to game mechanics or story.
The original mod was removed because it was a rip model, we already knew this was a problem and were already working on a complete remake based on the original, but no we could replace it in time».
Active lifestylers looked at the comments about the project and condemned everyone involved for “racism.” In response, some gamers recalled that a mod with a dark-skinned Geralt was published on Nexus Mods and for some reason it was not removed “for racism.”
The model published on Nexus Mods is not a full-fledged mod – the authors still do not know how to add the model to the game.
