The West Jakarta Police Headquarters is pounded, Police Chief: I apologize to the Danpaspampres: Okezone Megapolitan

JAKARTA – Dozens of members of the Presidential Security Forces (Paspampres) raided the West Jakarta Metro Police Headquarters on Jalan S. Parman, Palmerah, West Jakarta, Wednesday, July 7, 2021 night.

In this incident, the paspampers members were looking for the perpetrators who had arrogantly treated Praka Izroi while guarding the emergency PPKM on Jalan Daan Mogot, West Jakarta.

West Jakarta Metro Police Chief Kombes Pol Ady Wibowo emphasized that this problem had been resolved. The police chief suspected that there was inappropriate behavior by members of the police, resulting in misunderstandings.

“Indeed, there was a misunderstanding with the members who carried out the insulation. But now it is over, the situation is conducive,” he confirmed, Thursday (8/7/2021).

Ady also claimed to have met the Commander of the Presidential Security Force (Danpaspampres) Major General TNI Agus Subiyanto to apologize directly for what his members in the field did to a member of the Paspampres.

Currently, Ady explained that the four police officers who had an argument with Praka Izroi were being investigated by the Propam Bid of the Polda Metro Jaya.

“This problem has been resolved, I have also apologized directly to the Danpaspamres,” he concluded.

It is known, the incident was later recorded by journalists who were at the location after a driver argued with officers while guarding the Emergency PPKM blocking on Jalan Daan Mogot.

The debate was triggered, because the driver, known to Praka Izroi Gajah, did not get permission to pass through the blocking location.
