The Canadian artist posted a song clip on social media, featuring the singer’s voice. No date has been released.
New collaboration for The Weeknd and Ariana Grande. On Monday, the Canadian singer posted what looks like a song sample on social networks: seven seconds of video on which we hear the voice of the singer, whose name is quoted in the caption of the publication.
According to NME, it should be a new version of Save Your Tears, title taken fromAfter Hours, The Weeknd’s latest album. Rumors of a remix of this track on which Ariana Grande would pose her voice have been flowing on the Internet for several weeks.
Winning duo
The two artists have already worked together several times on Ariana Grande titles. Their first collaboration dates back to 2014, when the singer received The Weeknd on the song Love Me Harder, taken from his second album. The latter has since appeared in featuring on the track Off The Table in Ariana Grande’s latest opus, Positions, released last year.
The Weeknd has become in a few years a figure of English-speaking pop. The last few months have been particularly good for the singer: he was chosen to provide the halftime concert of the last edition of the Super Bowl, and his hit Blinding Lights broke a historic record in the US charts.
