What strategies do the coaches implement to maintain their youth teams’ winning streaks and overall performance?
Guest 1: Hello, my name is Maria Di Bartolomeo, I am the Head Coach of the AC Milan Women’s U15 team. It was a great joy to see our team continue their winning streak this weekend against Hellas Verona with a draw. I believe that a draw away from home is still considered a positive result, especially considering the current form of our team. Our team has been performing exceptionally well and I am very proud of their hard work and dedication.
Guest 2: Good day, I am Stefano Pioli, the Head Coach of the AC Milan Men’s Primavera team. It’s always a pleasure to see the youth teams doing well and representing our Club in such an excellent manner. Our team has had a fantastic season so far, and I am exceptionally proud of the boys. Winning league titles consistently isn’t something that happens overnight, and it’s a testament to the work we have been doing throughout the years to ensure that Milan remains a force to be reckoned with.
Editor: Thank you both for joining us today. Firstly, could you share with us your thoughts on the recent results of the youth teams? I noticed that the Women’s and Men’s Primavera teams had a successful weekend, while the Under 17 team drew and the Under 16 team lost.
Guest 1: Absolutely, we were delighted with the result against Hellas Verona, and to score 23 goals in one game for our Under-11s is truly remarkable. It’s always great to see the youngsters playing with such passion and determination, it gives us hope for the future. Our Under-15s have been in excellent form recently, so we were hoping for a win, but a draw away from home isn’t bad. They’ve been working hard at training, and it shows in their performance on the field.
Guest 2: We are elated with the result of our Women’s Primavera team, who won their match against Hellas Verona convincingly. It’s always good to see our girls performing well and scoring goals. As for the Men’s Primavera, we are confident that our boys will bounce back from the draw and come out stronger in their next game. They’ve shown incredible resilience this season
