(New York) The Nashville Predators vs. Dallas Stars game at American Airlines Center on Monday night has been postponed, the National Hockey League has announced.

In a statement, the NHL explained that extreme weather conditions have caused major blackouts in the Dallas area.
Although the players for both teams and the referees were in Dallas, the NHL and the management of the Stars made the decision after having passed the recommendations of the mayor of Dallas, Eric Johnson.
A recovery date will be announced as soon as it is known.
