There is an additional ownership of one plot of land with an area of 580 m2 in South Jakarta with a value of Rp.2.86 billion. Overall, Ghufron owns 13 plots of land and buildings, the majority of which are in Jember.

Ghufron admits that in the past year his assets have increased and have also been reported to the KPK through the state administrator’s wealth report (LHKPN). He explained that the assets, mostly land and buildings, were purchased through state auctions.
