The transaction amounts to PLN 826 million 297 thousand. Armenian dramas, and therefore almost PLN 8.5 million. The seller is the Central Bank of Armenia, which currently has approx. 90 percent. shares in the share capital of AMX.
In September 2020, the WSE signed an agreement with the Armenian central bank to negotiate the purchase of the majority stake in AMX. The Warsaw Stock Exchange announced then that it intends to actively participate in the management and development initiatives of the stock exchange in Armenia.
