Already sentenced on October 18 before the Criminal Court, Wari suffered yet another setback. Wari technologies and Wari travel were evicted from their premises for rent arrears. This follows the request of the Post and Telecommunications Regulatory Agency (ARTP). Forcing the summary judge to decide. Which made two decisions.
First, it noted the end of the lease between the plaintiff and the company Africa Technologies Sau, ex-Wari Technologies. Then, he ordered the eviction of the premises located at 20 rue Assane Ndoye X Saint-Michel in Dakar, reports Liberation.
Finally, the same complaint expels Wari travel from the same building.
Wari Technologie and Wari Travel must pay 39.6 million CFA francs to the ARTP.
