Bulgakov will be replaced by Colonel General Mikhail Mizintsev, writes TASS.
Mizintsev will be responsible for the logistics of the Russian army, writes TASS.
According to the news agency, Bulgakov will be moved to a new location.
Bulgakov is decorated as “Hero of the Russian Federation”.

Ydstebø opens up the possibility that Bulgakov – who is 67 – is approaching retirement age.
– It could be that the boy retires, says Ydstebø.
The lieutenant colonel explains that the logistics – which, among other things, include the supply of food, ammunition and weapons to the fighting forces – has been a problem for the Russian army in the war against Ukraine.

Russia has been plagued by decades of corruption and neglect of logistics. Much of the material has literally rotted away. You can’t fix it overnight.
Is it common for such replacements in warfare?
– Yes, it is quite common. This is of a high standard. The person has no direct involvement in the war, says the lieutenant colonel and elaborates:
