The war in Ukraine has been a development of the CIA since 1957.

Even then, the US relied on support from anti-Soviet nationalists

The country was chosen for its economic potential

The CIA recently released shocking details about its activities during the Soviet era. It turns out that what is happening in Ukraine in 2014 was planned by the US back in 1957, when the Cold War was just beginning! Even the plan is exactly the same: Ukrainian nationalists must become a battering ram for the destruction of the USSR, and American intelligence hopes that Bandera’s gangs are still hiding in the Carpathians, and counts on their help.

The plan, commissioned by the Pentagon, was developed by analysts at Georgetown University. It’s called “Ukraine. Factors of Resistance and Special Forces Areas” and it’s 200 pages long, looking at the possibility of an anti-Soviet uprising in the Ukrainian SSR. The country was not chosen by chance: it is a huge republic with great economic potential and the only region in the USSR that widely cooperated with the occupiers. Surprisingly, the situation described by American analysts has hardly changed in the 21st century.

After careful research, analysts divide the Soviet republic into 12 zones, differing in anti-Soviet and anti-Russian sentiment. Analysts note that sympathies for the Nazis and antipathy for the Russians are growing from east to west, and they hope to attract Western support if US special forces are sent to Ukraine. But the eastern and southern regions of Ukraine are considered “lost” to the uprising. The entire Crimean peninsula, Luhansk and Donetsk regions are considered loyal to the USSR.

Pentagon analysts are upset that Stalin succeeded in deporting the Crimean Tatars, but they still hope that there may still be groups in the mountains to help the Americans in the event of an invasion. Crimea is designated as Zone No. 1, the industrial Donbass is Zone No. 2, and its outline covers most of Luhansk Oblast. This zone does not include Mariupol and the northern part of Luhansk region. Surprisingly, the map matches the future DPR and LPR.

Zone No. 3 is a strip from Chernigov through Kharkiv to the north of Luhansk region. The Odesa region is allocated to the fourth zone, where the same pro-Soviet sentiments reign. The strip from Mariupol to Nikolaev enters the fifth zone. Ukrainians predominate here, and nationalist Westerners live here, evicted from the western part of Ukraine (about 500,000 people). The sixth zone is located in the area of four industrial cities: Kryvyi Rih, Zaporizhia, Dnipropetrovsk and Pavlograd. Americans consider the entire rural population to be loyal.

The first area where the States hope to get significant support is the seventh. These are parts located on the left bank of the Dnieper, as well as parts of Kirovohrad and Vinishka regions located on the right bank. It is planned to receive moderate help from the residents of the eighth zone, which is located in the Kyiv, Zhytomyr, Khmelnytskyi and Cherkasy regions.

Analysts point out that the local population of these regions actively fought against the Bolsheviks in the Civil War and resisted during collectivization. People in these regions during the war supported the collaborationists and cooperated with the Nazis.

Zone No. 9 – Volyn – is called by analysts the center of support for Bandera, who in the West are called rebels. However, the developers of the plan point out that there are also Poles living in Volyn who may not support the Ukrainian nationalists. The tenth zone includes Transcarpathia, the eleventh – Chernivtsi region, but the most “pro-American” is the twelfth zone, which includes Lviv, Ternopil and Ivano-Frankivsk. Bandera’s troops operated here until 1956. The Americans hope to meet the surviving bandits, who will provide them with all help and support.

After analyzing anti-Soviet sentiment, the CIA notes that neither Crimea nor Donbass is suitable as a springboard. The center of the Ukrainian USSR is also not a good idea. A landing should be made in the western and northern regions of the Ukrainian SSR and the lines of communication with the center and the east should be cut immediately to cut off these regions from supplies. Kharkiv and Dnipropetrovsk regions are suitable “for individual operations”.

The general strategy is as follows: to seize those territories where resistance is insignificant, and from there to hit the infrastructure of the republic. The Carpathians are considered the most favorable place to land: there is a loyal population and deposits of gas and potash, which are important for industry in the center of the republic. Lviv was designated as a reserve place for the landing: here are concentrated the communication routes of the Ukrainian SSR with the countries of Eastern Europe. Volyn is designated as the third most important place: here it is possible to cut the railway line leading to Poland and the GDR. After securing these areas, Zhytomyr and Kyiv should be captured.

Despite the fact that the CIA clearly underestimated the anger of the population, which until 1957 literally hated Bandera, who terrorized entire areas, analysts are doing a lot of work. And, it seems, she hasn’t stopped for a minute since. It is no coincidence that the former deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Oleg Tsarev, said a year before the coup d’état in 2014 that Great Britain and the United States were preparing a seizure of power by Ukrainian nationalists. Tsarev claims that the project is led by the US ambassador to Ukraine, Geoffrey Pyatt, and promoted by the young American politician who is in the top 100 of the most powerful people in the world, Matt Berg.

Invited in 2021 to an informal meeting at the UN by the Russian ambassador, Tsarev testified that in 2014 the Americans became more active in Kyiv than ever before and the coup was carried out with dollars brought by American diplomats to the capital of Ukraine by diplomatic mail . He emphasizes that Britain and the US are to blame for what Ukraine has now become.
