The Voice Senior finalist passed away at the age of 69

For years, Steve performed as a successful trombonist in the jazz city par excellence, New Orleans. He came to the Netherlands especially for love. Last year the musician made it to the finals of The Voice Senior, after the Dutch public and the jury became fans of his singing talent. Steve turned 69 years old and died on Friday from the effects of leukemia.

With the following performances and his rendition of the songs ‘You’ve Got A Friend In Me’ and ‘Wonderful World’, Steve won the hearts of the Dutch audience.
