Wincent Weiss was born on January 21, 1993 in northern Germany, more precisely in Eutin. After graduating from high school, the singer followed suit Munichwhere he taught himself to play the guitar and wrote his first songs. When he got his first record deal, he quit his job as a branch manager of a restaurant so that he could concentrate fully on the music.
Wincent Weiss on “The Voice Kids”: The singer was in the casting show himself
In the area of casting shows, Wincent Weiss can already fall back on his own experience: In 2013 he himself took part in the tenth season of “Deutschland sucht den Superstar”, where he made it into the last 29 candidates.
Wincent Weiss only became famous later, when the DJ duo “Gestört aber Geil” used their cover version of “Under my skin” for a remix. The song made it into the German charts at number 6 and was played at numerous concerts and festivals. In 2015 the artist finally released his own first singles “Rainbow” and “To Be Music”, which reached platinum status.
The singer has also been a member of the jury: In May 2017, Wincent Weiss was part of the German ESC jury in Kiev.
