It seems to be the aftermath of the Israeli-Palestinian war.

An official from the President’s Office said in a phone call with Yonhap News that day, “Due to unexpected local circumstances, we decided to postpone the visit to Korea through mutual agreement.” The UAE is said to have informed of the postponement of the visit to Korea the day before. The armed conflict between Hamas and the Israeli army, which began with a surprise attack by the Palestinian armed political faction Hamas on the 7th, appears to have had an impact.

President Yoon made a state visit to the UAE last January, had a summit meeting with President Muhammadu, and received a promise to invest $30 billion (approximately 37 trillion won).

It was expected that there would be detailed discussions between the leaders to confirm the UAE’s large-scale investment projects through this visit.
