We have learned of the death of Ms. Monique Ockenfuss née Back, which occurred on May 27, in Yutz, at the age of 79. Born on May 21, 1943 in Thionville, she had married Mr. Jacques Ockenfuss on April 17, 1964, whom she had suffered the pain of losing on March 28, 2002.
Mme Ockenfuss had five children, Elisabeth, Anne-Marie, Patrice, Marie-Pierre and Marjorie, ten grandchildren, Emilie, Laura, Jean-Philippe, Romain, Yann, Johan, Bénédicte, Nicolas, Maly and Léane, as well as four great-grandchildren, Nahil, Noham, Owen and Mélina.
The deceased rests at the Saint-François funeral center in Thionville.
The religious celebration will take place on Wednesday, June 1, at 3 p.m., in the Saint-Denis church in Roussy-le-Village, followed by burial in the Roussy-le-Village cemetery.
