Kang Ho-Sun is an original serial killer South Korea who took advantage of his good looks. The victims were killed by strangling the stockings.
Reported by Muderpedia, this murder was carried out by Kang from 2008 to 2009. The police also found out how Kang committed the murder. He usually takes advantage of his good looks to invite victims for sex. It was then that Kang killed them by strangling them with his stockings.
Police said Kang had lived since 2006 on a farm in Suwon, a city of about 1 million people about 30 kilometers south of Seoul, and worked as a sports masseur.
The other six women were identified as a 48-year-old Suwon housewife who disappeared on her way home, three employees of a karaoke bar, a 52-year-old office worker and a student.
In addition, Kang had a criminal record that included theft and other crimes, and was charged in January 2008 with rape.
In 2009, Kang Ho-sun was arrested at his workplace as a masseur in Ansan, a city about 30 kilometers south of Seoul. At that time he was arrested for the murder of a student.
Kang confessed to kidnapping and killing the student. Police also revealed that six other women were murdered between December 2006 and November 2008.
As reported by the news agency YohapKang also killed his fourth wife and mother-in-law in 2005. Both were killed by setting fire to the house they lived in.
Kang’s murder case is the worst in South Korea in decades since the case of Yoo Young-chul, a thief and sexual predator who killed 20 people, mostly prostitutes and wealthy parents.
As a result of his actions, Kang was sentenced to death in 2009. Until now, he is still awaiting execution.
