Apparently, it was the actress, who now lives with her children in an apartment, who alerted the authorities after her youngest tried to access the house to get some clothes and found her father with another woman.
“This is my house and I want that woman who I don’t know who she is to leave,” Gutiérrez tells the police, suggesting that Levy is under the influence of some substance, such as alcohol or drugs.
The model and her teenage daughter, who is involved in this delicate moment, complain that Levy has met with another woman in what until recently was the house they shared, something that, as the agents remind them, “it’s not criminal.”
At that moment, Levy and Gutiérrez’s little daughter leaves the scene and angrily goes to her mother’s car. Then, the actress of Mexican descent explains to the agents that her youngest is going through a very difficult time as a result of her separation and that she wanted to accompany her to make sure that her ex “does not touch me.” .
